Resident Activities

Arts & CraftsOur goal is to create a rich, vibrant community with a full schedule of enriching social programs and activities to fit every interest and lifestyle. Residents are encouraged to provide feedback, offer suggestions, and, of course, participate in as many activities and programs as they please.  We encourage our residents to be involved in the Residents Advisory Board which meets regularly to discuss ways to improve opportunities and quality of life for our residents.

Just a few examples of our activities include: daily morning exercise classes, dominoes, Tai Chi, poetry readings, Yahtzee, Bingo, craft classes, special concerts, ice cream socials, and weekly bible studies and worship services.

We also arrange a variety of trips and outings to popular destinations including: regular shopping trips to The Dalles and Hermiston, Wee Bit O’Ireland St. Patrick’s Day Festivities in Heppner, Wildhorse Casino in Pendleton, Maryhill Museum, Kimberley Orchards, and Mt. Hood Train Ride from Hood River. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, chat with fellow residents, and leave the driving to us.

Calendars are provided each month to ensure residents do not miss out on their favorite outings and events. Family and friends are welcome to attend events, musical concerts, ice cream socials, or simply share a meal with you.
